Recentely restored, May 2008, the b&b Fattoria is located in the real centre of Fonterutoli, with the entrance from the ancient Roman street. Furnished with particular attention to all details, the result is an estate intended for luxury, without loosing the atmosphere of a Chianti country house where guests breath a feeling of warm and pleasant welcome. The B&B is composed of a kitchen with a huge fireplace and a living room with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. In addition there are 2 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with 2 beds and 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with 2 beds, joined together by a bath (perfect for a family). Upstairs a room with a Loggia with a view of an incredible landscape. Fattoria can be rented as single rooms or as an apartment composed as a preference by 4 or 5 rooms, breakfast will be prepared and served in the apartment’s kitchen.

Loggia

 

It's the most luxury room of all the apartment with an independent terrace that overviews a beautiful landscape of the Tuscan hills. It has a double wooden poster bed, air conditioning, a stone fire-place, a small powder room and a wonderful bathroom with shower and an amazing marble oval tub.

 

 

Rosa

 

A welcoming double bedroom where you breath a relaxing atmosphere thanks to its pink walls. It has a bathroom with shower, a poster bed and a window overlooking the Fonterutoli country.

 

 

Gialla

 

It is independent from the rest of the apartment thanks to its own entrance.This room is particularly spacious and full of light, furnished with two poster beds, bathroom in a local chalky stone with a wide bath a double basin and air conditioning.

 

 

Arancio

 

Arancione is a double bedroom that can be combined with a twin bedroom, linked together through a bathroom provided with bath and two basins. It can be rent alone or together, so it would be perfect for a family of 4.
The orange colour of its walls creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It has air conditioning.
